Barney Frank to introduce a version of ENDA including gender identity protection


U.S. Representative Barney Frank has introduced (or will introduce) a version of ENDA (Employment Non-Discrimination Act) that includes protection for trans-gendered individuals. The 2007 versions in the 110th Congress (including 3685, that did not include transgender protection) were discussed by LLDEF here. Open Congress has a discussion of the 110th Congress Baldwin Amendment, which would provide protection based on gender identity here.
